"Horrible, horrible, horrible! I have been with State Farm for over a decade. Transferred to this agent when my last agent closed shop. The staff with the last agent were great. Ryan Janet office is horrible!!! They messed up my payment and got my insurance cancelled. They are not responsive when called and I have been waiting weeks for a call back. Not the type of customer service you would need and expect when dealing with such an important matter. Stay away if you are new to them and run away if you are an existing customer. Horrible service!!!"

"Had chose this age t randomly as they were in my neighborhood and have been surprised at their commitment to service. Quick to reply to answer queeries,, even follows up on complaints. Just recently, I needed a notary and they hooked me up with a same day appt just at another location as their notary was not in."
